We have an effective and efficient assessment program that helps us to access the student requirement at each stage. We help students identify, evaluate and understand what career options suits them the best. Our assessment test is based on various dimensions that include personality, career interest, career motivators, learning styles, skills and abilities for students at school level. Whereas, dimensions for graduates and professionals will include personality, career interest, career motivators, learning styles, emotional quotient, skills and abilities. Based on these dimensions, and few external influencers such as, demographics, budget, eligibility, etc, are also taken into consideration while formulating a valuable insight that will promise to guide your child a future that will reap the best benefits for him/her.

Zarak Shah is an Expert and Ambitious Professional who holds a Master’s degree in Applied Economics from Christ University, Bengaluru. With around 4 years of experience in Guidance and Consultation Services in Entrepreneurship Development Institute of the state, she aspired to get started with Al-Waasi Consultancy with an aim to achieve her endeavour. It is her Passion for career counselling that has largely persuaded her to opt for entrepreneurship in this industry, and with Al-Waasi being her own start-up will allow her to cater every type of student, coming from various backgrounds and age groups. 

Zarak very strongly is of the opinion that correct career decisions at correct time will decide the earning capacities of the students in the future, so it is very important to have the right guidance that leads to productive decision making for the brighter future. In this regard she aspires to work constantly towards empowering her students and teach them how to be self-independent and how to take informed decisions about themselves. 

Thus, with having varied experience in dealing with different sets of people for around 4 years, Zarak has certainly mastered the skill to communicate with both her students and their parents. Therefore, one can be rest assured about opting for a correct career path after consulting her.
